Tommy brings extensive experience in real-time systems, modular software architecture and cross-platform development to the project. As the technical lead, he is responsible for the design and implementation of the open.language.core language infrastructure, as well as the technical development of pro.nounce. His expertise ensures the project’s offline capability, performance and long-term scalability.
Tina Nollau
Head of Finanzen, Vertrieb, Content, Projektmanagement
Tina brings extensive experience in commercial administration, bookkeeping and process organisation to the project. Drawing on her practical experience in accounting, working with tax firms and in the public sector, she helps to ensure pro.nounce’s financial and organisational stability. Her structured approach to work and her expertise in data protection play a key role in ensuring the project is implemented in a sustainable manner that complies with funding requirements.
Jan Kossick
Head of Politics, Networking, Recht, IT-Infrastruktur, Anträge, Stiftung
Jan brings over 20 years’ IT experience, 5 years’ experience as a managing director of a gGmbH, and expert knowledge of grant management to the project. As the person responsible for IT infrastructure, data protection and network development, he ensures the technical and legal foundations of pro.nounce – particularly with regard to GDPR-compliant offline processing and cooperation with public bodies. His contacts in politics, culture and education also facilitate the development of pilot projects in Saxony.
Sebastian Milank
Co-Founder Operations & Strategic Development
As a graduate engineer in architecture, Sebastian brings extensive experience in managing complex, interdisciplinary projects to the founding team. He is responsible for operations and strategic development at pro.nounce. Thanks to his expertise in systems analysis, project structuring and stakeholder management, he ensures the scalable organisational and financial implementation of the project.
